Well, it pulled me in more than I expected. The story is intense, with lots of twists and turns that keep you guessing about who’s really guilty. The main character, Rusty, is played really well, you can feel his confusion and fear as his life unravels. It’s more than just a courtroom drama; it dives into how messy and complicated things can get when emotions and the law collide.
That said, the show moves at a slower pace, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea. It’s definitely one of those series where you need to pay attention to the details. I enjoyed the slow build-up 'cause it made the big reveals more impactful, but I can see how some might find it a bit too drawn out.
Overall, Presumed Innocent is a solid watch if you’re into legal dramas with a lot of psychological depth. It’s not the kind of show you can just casually watch, you have to be in it for the long haul. But if you’re up for that, it’s definitely worth your time.
