Synopsis

Headstrong yet aimless, Will Hunting has a genius-level IQ but chooses to work as a janitor at MIT. When he secretly solves highly difficult graduate-level math problems, his talents are discovered by Professor Gerald Lambeau, who decides to help the misguided youth reach his potential. When Will is arrested for attacking a police officer, Professor Lambeau makes a deal to get leniency for him if he gets court-ordered therapy. Eventually, therapist Dr. Sean Maguire helps Will confront the demons that are holding him back.

"Good Will Hunting" is one of those films that just sticks with you long after the credits roll. The chemistry between Matt Damon and Robin Williams is simply magic. Damon plays Will with this perfect mix of toughness and vulnerability, while Williams brings so much warmth and wisdom as his therapist. Their scenes together are some of the best in the movie, especially that unforgettable "It's not your fault" moment, it gets me every time. What I love about this movie is how it’s not just about genius or therapy, it’s about human connection and overcoming your past. Whether you’re watching it for the first time or the tenth, "Good Will Hunting" never loses its impact.
