Synopsis

Wendy Darling, a young girl afraid to leave her childhood home behind, meets Peter Pan, a boy who refuses to grow up. Alongside her brothers and a tiny fairy, Tinker Bell, she travels with Peter to the magical world of Neverland. There, she encounters an evil pirate captain, Captain Hook, and embarks on a thrilling adventure that will change her life forever.

How tired we are of remaking this story “every year”... A good work has already been ruined and the audience is disgusted with the story...

What a desappointment ! Despite a good start, the scenario is very childish without adding anything more: no risk taking, no originality: taking up some scenes from the cartoon. The actors are not convincing and Captain Hook overacts. Big disappointment on the imaginary country: a basic island that does not dream unlike the cartoon. Cult songs removed to put some without importance and interest: dream your life in color is not present in the film while it is the cult song of the Peter Pan cartoon. In short, the worst Disney movie to date. We are very far from the excellent and cult movie Hook.

For me, this film does not bring anything new apart from an inclusive casting which seems rather to be a conformist approach in tune with the times. I didn't find any depth to the two main characters. In short, a film without guts...
