Synopsis
In 1979, a group of young filmmakers set out to make an adult film in rural Texas, but when their reclusive, elderly hosts catch them in the act, the cast find themselves fighting for their lives.

This film appears to leave off where the prequel left us, and the madness is still very fertile in this character's heart and mind. There is just enough true creepiness to have you wondering where this is going, even though the actions seen so far point to horrorific results.
My face hurts from how big of a smile the ending of this film gave me, Delicious Fun.

It was creepy it was gross. There was a lot of good gore and obviously a lot of nudity (a lot of which I could have done without) but it did make sense for the plot. As usually A24 killed it with the aesthetic and overall look of the film. I do think the first death looked really fake and campy wich didn’t totally match the vibes of the rest of the film. I also didn’t know that Pearl took place before this one so I’m hoping when I watch that it will give me more context into the villain’s motives of this movie. I honestly can’t tell if I fuck with the vibes or not do I’ll give it a good but medium score.

Well well well, this movie was generic like other slashers/ horrors, I was invested in the story until the killing started happening. The build up was good but the ending is so anti climatic that I was having hard time believing that it's the end.

I loved it but I fell like I expected more, there was lots of killing and a good plot the end felt a little raw to me but I still have to watch pearl and maxine overall it was a good movie but the scene of the old guys having sex was kind of disturbing

I had high expectations for this movie because of the presence of Jenna Ortega but I was quite underwhelmed at times, too many explicit scenes that didn't add much to the narrative (except a couple that felt necessary). But Mia Goth's acting was what made me amazed

Definitely one of the best horror films I've seen in a while has kind of a feel of those classic 1970s horror flicks like texas chainsaw massacre

Great cinematography, soundtrack & acting. Original storyline with nod to 70s horror, slashers & soft porn. A24 has consistently put out solid horror films over the past few years, and this certainly joins that growing list.
