Synopsis
A reunion between two estranged sisters gets cut short by the rise of flesh-possessing demons, thrusting them into a primal battle for survival as they face the most nightmarish version of family imaginable.

The film is filled with Easter eggs for those who worship Ash Williams, but director Lee Cronin does an excellent job of steering the movie away from being just another Evil Dead film, resulting in a fresh take on the franchise.
The movie is filled with chewed-up carnage, spit-out flesh chunks, and demonic excess that pushes the series forward with an attitude of reinvention for future decades of creative Evil Dead supremacy.
