Synopsis
Two young British soldiers during the First World War are given an impossible mission: deliver a message deep in enemy territory that will stop 1,600 men, and one of the soldier's brothers, from walking straight into a deadly trap.

How many untold stories are there about WW1 and WW2? Thousands... 1917 is very visually beautiful and exciting drama as "Saving private Ryan" but operated in different way. Story about responsibility, courage and dignity. 4 stars, as i am not gonna watch it again, and it is definitely not my type of movies. But definitely a worthy one.
