The plot doesn’t offer you anything new and unexpected, it seems to be another sad and unfair story with top combo of everything related to race issues

Based on a true story, Just Have Mercy describes a period of injustice against blacks in Alabama. A young, educated lawyer goes against everyone in order to achieve justice. A very touching and in many ways instructive film. USA, 2016. Enjoy your viewing! ??

I would call it new interpretation of "to kill a mockingbird" mixed with true story. A bit long and boring, but overall interesting.
