I mean, it’s a childhood memory refreshed into a modern story. It was really cool to come back, though you can feel that this movie is just a teaser to the future series of the story. All of the heroes are back, though the main actor is who knows who, i have no clue who is he in the universe. scorpion, my fav is amazing, others are fine too. The story is shortened, doesn’t go smoothly all the way, seems that it was cut quite a bit. However, must see for all the MK fans❤️

I gave this star to Mortal Kombat out of respect, otherwise it's really sad, when will you stop writing nonsense screenplays away from the original script and revive this series.

Pros: The special effects are not bad. Cons: Weak plot, weak fights. Maybe fans of MK will like it, but probably not for everyone, but for those who are not familiar with the topic, I think it makes no sense to get acquainted with this film.

Mortal Kombat has great choreographed fight scenes and a lot of blood and grotesque gore that it will make any fan of the games jump up for joy but at the expense of the storytelling
