Its a deeply human story, one that is full of moments of pure joy and crushing despair. For fans of smart, thought-provoking science fiction and psychological dramas, Maniac is a must-watch.

Watching it is like being in a dream, which is not coincidence as dreams are the main focus of the plot. I loved this retro futuristic style, absurd of some scenes, main and supporting characters and, mostly, that there are tones of easter eggs, so attention is rewarded.

Took me and @Lala three days to watch the whole season (10 series), as it was impossible to stop. However, the end was slightly disappointing (or, more likely, I did not fully understand it). Definitely will rewatch it some time soon and probably revise my rate upwards, but 4 stars for now.
