Overall I liked the movie and I definitely felt the ambience of the positive, bright fairy tale with genies and magic carpets, the evil and the good; something, I can recall from the childhood. Although the plot was simplified a bit, it didnt feel odd, i wasnt bothered with anything seen. Except - Jasmine. I can’t remember if “traditional” Jasmine was that ambitious, but the song was bad, it was like a music video inserted to a movie. I also didnt like Jafar, he was pathetic, the one from the original animation seemed to have not only infinite desire of the power, but he was impressive. I cant tell if i’d like to rewatch the movie, but it was fine to remember the original beautiful story from childhood

This is a movie that I love watching, it may sound classic, you can say Alaeddin after all, but it is a very sweet movie that will soften your heart.

A very enjoyable live action version of the Disney cartoon Aladdin great sets great costumes and the songs are awesome Guy Ritchie has done a tremendous job bringing all this to life the casting is top notch with Will Smith amazing as the genie, Mena Massoud perfect as Aladdin and the very beautiful Naomi Scott as Jasmine.the film really delivers and is perfect to watch with the whole family

Liked the animated movie way to much to actually not compare this one to it throughout the movie. Like it more with time and when I see it as a solo movie that isn't supposed to be the old one.

The movie is out of the real story and has made the plot a bit extravagant and ridiculous, but it has the quality to be found in the top 10 movies where you can sit and watch with your child.
