Everything about the film has a sophisticated, elegant feel, from the costume design to the atmosphere and cinematography.
Gerda Wegener plays her inner-soul love, which turns into tears by the end. And, Einar Wegener learned to live with Lily, his inner art. These two testify to love and art respectively.

Не сторонник пропаганды, но фильм вроде основан на реальных событиях и смотрится. Что интересно каждый из друзей подчеркнул (у меня не раздвоение) в этом фильме что то свое. 1. Не знал что в Дании такие красивые девушка (одна из актрис в главной роли «Свет в океане»), 2. Жена не смотря ни на что была рядом (друг который в разводе) 3. Медицина ужу тогда делала первый шаги и тд.

Not a supporter of propaganda, but the film seems to be based on real events and looks. Interestingly, each of the friends emphasized (I do not have a split) in this film that something is different. 1. I didn’t know that there were such beautiful girls in Denmark (one of the actresses in the leading role “Light in the Ocean”), 2. My wife was there in spite of everything (a friend who is divorced) 3. Medicine was already taking the first steps, etc. ...
