Synopsis

Two homicide detectives are on a desperate hunt for a serial killer whose crimes are based on the "seven deadly sins" in this dark and haunting film that takes viewers from the tortured remains of one victim to the next. The seasoned Det. Somerset researches each sin in an effort to get inside the killer's mind, while his novice partner, Mills, scoffs at his efforts to unravel the case.

"Se7en" is hands down one of my all-time favorite movies. This film is just on another level when it comes to crime thrillers. The atmosphere is so dark and gritty, it practically seeps into your bones. Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman make an incredible team, with Pitt's raw energy and Freeman's calm wisdom playing off each other perfectly. And let's not forget Kevin Spacey as the villain, who’s chilling in a way that’s hard to shake off. What really gets me is how it keeps you hooked from start to finish. The plot is twisted in the best way possible, with each of the seven deadly sins revealing another layer of this sick, intricate puzzle. And that ending… it’s legendary for a reason. Even if you know what’s coming, it hits you like a ton of bricks every time. If you haven’t seen "Se7en," you’re missing out on one of the most intense cinematic experiences ever. It’s the kind of movie that sticks with you, the kind you find yourself thinking about days, even weeks, after you’ve watched it. Absolute must-watch, no question.
