Synopsis

A group of working-class friends decides to enlist in the Army during the Vietnam War and finds it to be hellish chaos -- not the noble venture they imagined.     The Deer Hunter had all intentions of being a fantastic movie. You feel sucked in to the beginning and middle of the movie only to be derailed by the end. I mean, what the fuck happened to this movie??? Even worse the director drags it out for 3 hours. I wish I would have caught up with my laundry instead.
