Synopsis
The life of the capital's engineer Viktor falls apart after a visit to a northern shaman - Viktor's family dies. Time passes. Escaping from guilt, Viktor decides to build a wind power plant in the North, but the project is in danger of failure due to the inexplicable forces of the North.
