Synopsis

Mia, an aspiring actress, serves lattes to movie stars in between auditions and Sebastian, a jazz musician, scrapes by playing cocktail party gigs in dingy bars, but as success mounts they are faced with decisions that begin to fray the fragile fabric of their love affair, and the dreams they worked so hard to maintain in each other threaten to rip them apart.

I gave it a shot 3 times, but after first 15 minutes i just couldn’t. Either the amount of songs (a lot lot) or maybe Mr. Gosling but i simply didn’t like it.

The fact that anyone seeing this advertised film might think it's just another love movie is what's ironic, because when you see the ending you feel so shocked by the realism that you realize what a great piece of cinematographic work it is.

One of my favorite movies that I watched I think around 5 times, maybe more. I liked visual part of the movie, colors, acting, musical part (even though I thought I’m not a fan of musicals). I would put more than 5 stars if it was possible :)
