Kang Yi-kwan

Born in Seoul. KANG has dealt with in-depth stories of family and society in his films. His feature debut SA-KWA in 2005, an upbeat film of a woman’s conflict, parting, and choice for relationship and marriage, was invited to numerous international film festivals, winning the 30th Toronto International Film Festival FIPRESCI Award and the 53rd San
